| 概述 |
| LTC7500-P1有载分接开关在线净油装置采用先进的PLC（Programmable Logic Control）控制技术，具有遥控（自动/手动）启动、工作时间设定、维护报警等多种功能，可以全天候无人监控自动工作。主要用于变压器有载分接开关的旁路循环过滤。该装置与变压器有载分接开关配套使用，能够在变压器系统正常运行的情况下有效地去除有载分接开关内绝缘油中的游离碳及金属微粒等杂质并可降低微量水分，确保油的击穿电压和使用寿命，从而减少停电检修次数，有效地提高有载分接开关工作的安全性和可靠性。 LTC7500-P1有载分接开关在线净油装置主要用于带有载调压变压器的电阻元件过 渡、油中切换、各种电压等级的组合式和复合式有载分接开关。 |

| Introduction |
| Integrating the advanced PLC (Programmable Logic Control) technologies, the LTC On-line Oil-purifying Device LTC7500-P1 has diversified functions, including remote control (automatic or manual) start-up, work timing, maintenance alarm, automatic temperature & humidity control, and round-the-clock automatic running without monitoring and control. This device is designed mainly for bypass cycling filtration of transformer’s LTC. When used together with the transformer’s LTC, this device can effectively remove the free carbon, metal particles and other foreign substances from the insulating oil in the LTC, and can also reduce trace moisture content while the transformer system is normally working, thus ensuring the breakdown voltage and service life of insulating oil. In this way, the down-time can be reduced, and the security and reliability of LTCs can be effectively improved. LTC on-line oil-purifying device LTC7500-P1 is mainly used in transition of resistance elements of on-load regulating transformer, oil switching, and various voltage-class packed or compound LTCs. |
