| 概述 |
| 该设备是颇尔公司专为220KV/500KV 以下输变电设备用绝缘油的过滤脱水系统，它集油液的精密过滤 及高效脱水于一体。 • HEP20：流量为1200 升/小时，在油初始值为含水量50ppm，含气量10%～12%（体积）， 温度在60℃的时候，一次循环处理后，油液中含水量＜5ppm，含气量＜0.1%（体积）。 • HEP50：流当流量为3000 升/小时，在油初始值为含水量50ppm，含气量10%～12%（体积）， 温度在50℃的时候，一次循环处理后，油液中含水量＜4±2ppm，含气量＜0.1±0.05%（体积）。 • HEP100：流量为6000 升/小时，在油初始值为含水量50ppm，含气量10%～12%（体积）， 温度在50℃的时候，一次循环处理后，油液中含水量＜4±2ppm，含气量＜0.1±0.05%（体积）。 • HEP150：流量为9000 升/小时，在油初始值为含水量50ppm，含气量10%～12%（体积）， 温度在50℃的时候，一次循环处理后，油液中含水量＜4±2ppm，含气量＜0.1±0.05%（体积）。 • HEP200：流量为12000 升/小时，在油初始值为含水量小于50ppm，含气量小于10%～ 12%（体积），温度在50℃的时候，一次循环处理后，油液中含水量＜5±3ppm，含气量＜0.1±0.05% （体积）。 |
| 本设备的功能包括： |

| This equipment is a Pall’s filtering and dehydrating system dedicated for insulating oil used in transformer equipment of below 220KV/500kV, which combines microfiltration and high-efficiency dehydration, capable of successfully separating impurity, water and gas from oil. • HEP20：Under the flow of 1200 L/hr, 50ppm in liquid-water content for initial value of oil, 10%- 12% cubic capacity in air content, and 60℃ in temperature, after a cyclic process, the liquid-water content in oil can be less than 5ppm with air content below 0.1% (cubic capacity). • HEP50：Under the flow of 3000 L/hr, 50ppm in liquid-water content for initial value of oil, 10%- 12% cubic capacity in air content, and 50℃ in temperature, after a cyclic process, the liquid-water content in oil can be less than 4±2pppm with air content below 0.1±0.05% (cubic capacity). • HEP100：Under the flow of 6000 L/hr, 50ppm in liquid-water content for initial value of oil, 10%- 12% cubic capacity in air content, and 50℃ in temperature, after a cyclic process, the liquid-water content in oil can be less than4±2pppm with air content below 0.1±0.05% (cubic capacity). • HEP150：Under the flow of 9000 L/hr, 50ppm in liquid-water content for initial value of oil, 10%- 12% cubic capacity in air content, and 50℃ in temperature, after a cyclic process, the liquid-water content in oil can be less than 4±2pppm with air content below 0.1±0.05% (cubic capacity). • HEP200：Under the flow of 12000 L/hr, 50ppm in liquid-water content for initial value of oil, 10%- 12% cubic capacity in air content, and 50℃ in temperature, after a cyclic process, the liquid-water content in oil can be less than 5±3pppm with air content below 0.1±0.05% (cubic capacity). |
| Functions of this purifier include: |
| 1. Insulating oil decontamination: Under vacuum condition, the contaminated oil is drawn into the oil filter through an oil tank or a transformer then returned in order to remove water, solid particulates and air. 2. Transformer vacuumizing: Vacuum and desiccate the transformer. 3. Injecting oil into the transformer: Oil in the oil tank is injected via the purifier into high voltage equipments. a. Right before oiling, vacuumize the transformer for surely preventing insulator inside transformer from generating bubbles in oiling; b. Vacuum tightness inside the transformer <200Pa; c. Surplus pressure in the oil <1000Pa (or air content <0.1Vol.%); 4. Filtration circulation: The purifier also serves as for particulate filtration. 5. Oil heating circulation: Heating insulating oil. |
