无载开关“MT”系列-OFF-CIRCUIT TAP CHANGERS "MT" SERIES

产品描述-INTRODUCTION

These changeover switches for no-load operation are designed for applications in oil-insulated transformers. They are characterized by the possibility of installation under the cover and are designed for maximum compactness. Models include single-phase and threephase versions in 24 kV, 36 kV and 72.5 kV voltage classes.
Rated current ratings range from 30 A to 1600 A.
The product line covers practically all application requirements by modern transformers.
Comem offers complete technical and commercial assistance. Comem can also custom design and manufacture special changeover switches.

CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS AND MATERIALS

All the materials that are employed are of excellent quality and are selected to ensure a highly safe and reliable product.
Insulating supports are made of class "E" phenolic resin produced in accordance with ISO 1642 – DIN 7735 – NF C26 – NEMA LI 1 1983 – BS standards.
Special brass and copper alloys are used to make the fixed and mobile contacts. These guarantee maximum thermal and mechanical wear performance, avoiding dangerous overheating and formation of metallic dust.
Great attention has also been given to functional aspects and appearance.
Drive shafts, for example, are made of stainless steel. Gaskets are made of a special mix and parts in aluminum are machined using die-casting molds. These features permit use in tropical environments.

CHECKS AND TESTS

Comem, with ISO 9001 certification, has implemented all the routine in-house checks and test procedures necessary to offer a safe, reliable and high quality product.
All series MT changeover switches have successfully passed testing at CESI laboratories in compliance with international IEC 60214-1 standards.
Certificates are available on request.
The following types of tests have been performed:
1- Check of maximum oil overtemperature limits.
2- Check of short circuit current strength
3- Check of strength at industrial frequency and impulse to ground and across phases.
4- Check of mechanical wear in 80°C hot oil.
