“eBR”电子式气体继电器

COMEM电子式气体继电器配备数字接口以便于接入智能电网,也可以通过中央控制单元接入其他独立系统。此电子式压力释放阀可独立工作,或与相关通信协议一致的独立系统相结合,可持续监测变部的气体聚集量及油流速度。
结构特点

COMEM电子式气体继电器由高性能零件组装而成,具有优异的油密封性能。
此电子式气体继电器本体装配有钢化玻璃材质的观察视窗,其上印刷有刻度标线(单位:立方厘米),用于指示内部气体聚集量。排油塞安装在本体底部。
顶盖与内芯结构装配在一起,内芯结构的动作机件主要包含两只浮球及相连的干簧管开关,磁铁和两只经过校准的流速挡板。
顶盖结构还包含:
• 带G1/8”外螺纹和保护帽的放气阀
• 带保护帽的充气阀,用于检测气体报警回路
• 带保护帽的试验顶杆(探针)用于机构校验干簧管开关
• 接线盒

Buchholz Relay type eBR

COMEM’s eBR is equipped with a digital interface for easy connection to the smart grid and it can be integrated into a single system via a central control unit.The eBR can work in standalone mode or integrated into a single system, which is compatible with the most common international communication protocol standards. COMEM’s eBR provides improved monitoring of the gas inside the Buchholz relay and the oil flow speed.
Construction
The new COMEM Buchholz relay with analog and digital output is an assembly of high strength components which ensures a perfect oil seal.
The main body of the relay is fitted with tempered glassinspection windows with graduated scale markings in cubic centimeters to indicate the internal volume. The oil drain plug is located at the bottom of the main body.
The top cover hold the frame which contains the moving parts of the relay. The two floats and their associated reed switches reed and magnets, two calibrated flow valves.
The cover also:
• A gas discharge valve with G1/8" in male thread with protective cap
• A valve for pneumatically testing the alarm and insulation circuits, with protective cap
• A push rod for mechanical verification of the reed switch with protective cap
• A terminal box
